Ordering Methods

Telephoned orders are accepted only if confirmed in writing (letter, fax or certain types of email as specified below).

Emailed orders are acceptable provided the email contains a single attachment in either MS Word 2003 or Excel 2003 (or earlier versions) format, PDF, or a TIFF/JPG/GIF/BMP graphic. This attachment should contain the complete Company headed paper showing all the normal information contained on a printed Purchase Order (full invoice and delivery addresses, telephone and fax numbers, VAT number (EU) , buyer's name, etc).

We do not store credit card details on a computer and it is safe to supply these to us in writing or by fax. You are welcome to telephone us with credit card details if you prefer to not supply these in writing.

Export

We have distributors in several countries. We export directly to all other areas.
EU customers outside the UK: please specify your VAT number when ordering, otherwise we must add 15%. We accept payment in most currencies.

Payment Terms

Payment with order except authorised credit accounts, Government and Educational customers. Authorised credit accounts are 30 (THIRTY) days from end of month of invoice. Prices exclude Value Added Tax (currently 15%, UK/EU sales only) and are subject to change without notice. We also accept the cards shown below. All supplies are the property of KK Systems Ltd until full payment has been made.
