Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Our shippers include Royal Mail (for both UK and International consignments), Fedex and DHL. In addition we are able to use customers’ courier accounts to arrange collections on their behalf via the major couriers such as TNT, DHL, FedEx and UPS. Currently, we often ship Royal Mail shipments by Fedex or DHL at no extra cost, due to the couriers offering a faster collection and at no extra cost.

Our delivery charges are based on weight and location. A delivery quote can be obtained within your shopping basket along with all the delivery options available to you for that particular order.  Please note international orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis i.e. the customer is responsible for paying any import duty and VAT.

For orders to be sent via Royal Mail (UK or abroad) we normally despatch the same day or the following day. For orders to be sent by a courier, same day dispatch can be offered if orders (again with payment where necessary) are received by the following times:

UPS	11.00am
DHL	11.00am
FedEx	11.00am
TNT	11.00am

Orders received outside of these times will be dispatched the next working day.

You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

For shop purchases, we use an external credit card payment processor (currently Paypal) and do not see or store credit card details.

Ordering

In addition to our online shop, we accept orders by post or email. 

Payment, Pricing & Title

Payment is required with order except authorised credit accounts, Government and Educational customers. Authorised credit accounts are 30 (THIRTY) days from end of month of invoice. 

Payment can be made by bank transfer, or VISA or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Paypal, BACS, bank transfer or cheque. Please make cheques payable to KK Systems Ltd and send them to KK Systems Ltd, Tates, London Road, Pyecombe, West Sussex BN45 7ED.

Prices exclude VAT and are subject to change without notice. UK VAT is charged at the prevailing rate, except on exports which are zero-VAT.

All supplies are the property of KK Systems Ltd until full payment has been made.

Returns

KK Systems Ltd can accept returns for refund only if items are returned within 14 days of receipt and if item(s) are undamaged, unused and still in original packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been used unless they are faulty.

In the event of needing to return eligible item(s) please first contact KK Systems Ltd to advise of the situation and to provide your full contacts details. All items are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and will be inspected by a technician before a refund can be considered. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for your return.

We aim to process any returns received within 5 working days. Where a refund is due this will be made via the original payment method wherever possible and will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only.
